Cakeholics made my wedding cake and it was delicious! I had a hard time finding a vendor who would make a wedding cake small enough for just my husband and I, but they delivered on my request! It was tastefully decorated just how I asked and I only wish I would’ve gotten a second tier for the freezer so I could eat it again!
We decided to splurge on our wedding cake and it was probably the best decision we could have made! Our guests loved the cake and it looked beautiful at our reception! The inspo photo we sent was exactly what was delivered! We got the white blackberry flavor (our favorite!!) and the almond flavor 🤍
My wedding cake came from Cake Aholics and it was so delicious!! We got many compliments from guests on the cake specifically. I have attended weddings where the cake tastes fine but is not a standout part of the day… it’s just something that happens but not something anyone thinks twice about. Our cake on the other hand was definitely a standout! People LOVED the blackberry flavor and we even had some guests try all three flavors. It was also beautiful and just the design I asked for! I would definitely use this business again for another cake should I ever need one.
Order from 9/28/2025 First of all, the order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 4pm. I call exactly at that time and they tell me it needs an extra 30mins. I called back at 5pm and they started saying how it’s “really busy on a Saturday” and they had to “spend more time” as I requested vanilla buttercream that doesn’t use vanilla extract due to it containing alcohol. How is the client supposed to know you’re very busy unless you COMMUNICATE with them? At 5pm they needed an extra 5-10mins. I was frustrated at this point but I waited for them to call me back informing me it’s ready but they didn’t 😁 I call back 5:30pm and the worker said “we just assumed you’d know it’s ready”. I show up and the cake had no toppings but the broken huge pretzel pieces 😁 mind you this cake was $150 and an extra $10 for the “special buttercream”. I asked where are the other toppings I asked for (referencing the inspo pic I had sent them). They take the cake back & add the strawberries. I informed them it still doesn’t look like what I asked for 😁 they take it back AGAIN and add foam flowers and 3 Ferraro rocher chocolates. The numbers aren’t even proportional, aren’t the same size, the frosting doesn’t go around the curves, and it’s lopsided. No one took accountability for it and the worker had the audacity to say “we won’t charge you an extra fee for fixing it” as I was expected to pay $160 for a cake that had 3.5 broken pretzel pieces. You might think ok maybe it’ll at least taste good? Every bite crumbled apart before I was able to pick it up with a fork. They really managed to ruin a special occasion.
My daughter and I had the Bridgerton High Tea for Two Experience at Cake-Aholics and we loved every minute! The rainy day was perfect for this intimate tea time. The shop is clean and beautiful and the staff is was so warm and welcoming! Our tea time was at 11am and everything was already set up when we arrived. The savory foods, cream cheese sandwiches, spinach & cheese: quiche & triangles, were warm and tasty! The sweets were so delicious, we had the brownies, fruit tarts, macarons, chocolate mousse, & orange cream wafers which were all perfect!!! We also added some of their delicious meringues from the shop and they brought those out right away! Their tea options were varied with amazing flavors, while there I sampled 3 different flavors, and the tea included milk, honey, and sugar as well. Their white and gold trimmed tea set was so pretty and we definitely had a wonderful time at Cake-Aholics! Thank you for the experience!
