We ordered two cakes from cakebox lisburn road for my son's bday this weekend. One for them is for his school ( black forest ) and another for the party (pistachio). Both were prepared by Narender. The cake was delicious and everyone complimented the cake. No surprise as we are repeat customers to cakebox . the atmosphere and the customer care was on top as always. Thanks Narender for making the day memorable.

I was disappointed with my recent order. The cake advertised online looked fresh, colourful and well-decorated with strawberries, kiwi and pineapple, but the cake I received looked quite different. I was told kiwi wasn’t available and that I would receive extra strawberries instead, but the decoration still looked sparse and not as nicely presented as the advertised photo. I also saw the staff taking strawberries straight out of the packet, and I wasn’t sure if they had been properly washed, which made me uncomfortable – especially considering the price I paid. For the cost, I expected the cake to look more like the advertised product and to feel confident about food hygiene. I hope the store can improve the consistency and presentation of their cakes.

I discovered this wonderment last night! Hands down the nicest cake I’ve had in years, light fluffy and flavourful! I’ve already told my partner that all events will now have this wonder cake from here. Great staff, not only was Narender lovely, he was so helpful in what all the cakes were and helping me choose.

Cake Box is a god send, their cakes looks and tastes absolutely scrumptious. The shop is clean and bright, the girls are quiet, courteous and polite. Previously have bought cheesecakes, this time have ordered for a birthday and I know it's going to be delicious! Best thing is they take all the stress out of making a cake for any event. They are open till 8.00pm, 7 days a week, and you can order the cake just a day before. What more can you need. 🍰🎂😁
