Highly recommend this HVAC company! Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and they were extremely knowledgeable, especially when it came to secondary suite legalization requirements. When shopping around, other companies tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need, but Casey was always professional and transparent about what was actually required. Everything was clearly explained, and the whole process felt honest and stress-free. Would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Calgary Air Heating and Cooling. Is started off with Chris who came by for our first appointment to take a look at our home and our requirements. He was extremely knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions and produced quotes for me in just an hour after he left. Then on the day scheduled, Keanan and John came by to install my new furnace and air conditioner. These guys were extremely polite, put runners down on the floors and were very tidy with their work. Everything works as promised, and I am very pleased with the company’s professionalism and expertise. Would definitely recommend
I recently had Calgary Air come out to replace the motor in my garage heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The technician arrived on time, introduced himself, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. He clearly knew his stuff and made sure I understood the process before starting the work. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they were able to get me booked in without a long wait. On the day of service, the technician was punctual and had the job completed efficiently, without cutting any corners. Before starting, I was given a clear breakdown of the costs, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay. For the quality of work provided, I found the price to be very reasonable. The technician not only did the job right the first time, but he was also very friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions, offered helpful tips for maintenance, and left the work area spotless. He also installed my Ecobee thermostat at the same time. Overall, Calgary Air exceeded my expectations. They delivered on professionalism, timeliness, fair pricing, and great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Calgary looking for heating or cooling services.
What I liked about the service was: 1. Booked an appt via text message. Got texted after my call was not answered so they returned my call essentially in a non-intrusive way. 2. Given a short window of time to wait for my appt. 3. Given a 30 minutes heads up on arrival so I could make it home from work to meet Andrew. 4. Quick work and assessment - the capacitor needed replacing. Ended up not being a very expensive fix. Thank you Calgary Air!
