I recently purchased a sofa from Calgary Furniture Emporium, and overall I had a great experience. The delivery did take a little longer than expected, but once the team arrived, everything went smoothly. The installation was quick, efficient, and handled very professionally. The sofa itself is perfect for my small apartment — a great sectional that also functions as a sofa-cum-bed, making it both stylish and practical. I’m really happy with how it fits the space and the quality of the product. Despite the delivery delay, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would shop here again.
Very Very horrible Experience 😕 below Zero customer Service They are Not Honest they Lies in every thing my god I have been dealing with them for 6 months still I am missing some furniture I cancelled it with sales person the same I signed the paperwork he didn’t tell his manager or owner I don’t know they are all scam they got money under my name from the finance company they deal with right on spot more than what I purchased they refund the extra amount they got after 2 months which totally illegal finally i went back I said ok deliver my staff as per them it was ready at there storage the manager said one week we will deliver since drivers are busy after 1 week delivery guy showed up he said missing 3 dinner chairs 1 sofa and I love set are missing driver informed me and Dinning table as well my god as per them it was broken I called text no Answer 🫵 we went there our self super mad they said it is some were at there where house we will deliver by Remembrance Day which was November 11 again they didn’t bring the all stuff 1 sofa came Missing Leg for God sake still missing 1 now the big problem I ordered light silver they bring light baby blue $8560. Is huge amount got scammed didn’t get the service and stuff I got it November is ended still missing some furniture I call No Answer so I Can Not express my feelings what I been through and still dealing with My GOD !!!!!
I had the best experience with Calgary Furniture. I was treated very well, best service ever. Their furniture is classic and very beautiful. The beds make my home so homely. The delivery was on time and they set up the furniture with such ease. I'd recommend Calgary Furniture to anyone wishing to have their home set up to modern standards.
