I initially did not have a great experience when I brought my vehicle in for repairs. Unfortunately, the shop caused additional scratches and dings, which delayed my pickup time because they had to fix the extra damage. However, everything changed once I spoke with the manager, Joshua. He took full ownership of the situation and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right. His professionalism, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction completely turned the experience around. By the time Joshua was finished, my vehicle was absolutely immaculate. Because of him, I have full confidence in Caliber Collision and will definitely be returning for any future vehicle repairs. Joshua truly made the difference.

They gave us expedient care with friendly faces! We had regular updates on repair times, and they even cleaned the inside before my car was returned to me. It looked like a brand new car! We’re definitely recommending them to anyone needing collision repair!
Caliber Collision on Phillips Highway provided excellent service for me. My car was sideswiped and major damage was done to the driver side of the car. Even though they worked with the insurance company they kept me informed every step of the way and sent me periodic text messages to let me know the progress. They arrange for a car rental to pick me up at caliber collision when I dropped off my car and when I returned it, they took care of the return. The car looked brand new when I picked it up. If I ever have the need, I will use caliber collision again.
They do a great job initially getting you in, but the quality of the work is not good, and it wasn’t quality checked before delivering the vehicle. I picked my car up in the rain and didn’t notice the paint problems until it was sunny. I had to return it, and was told it would take a half day to fix. it’s been four days and I’m still having to follow up the service advisor. He told me he turned it over to the manager and there has been no communication from the manager to me. The service advisor was good about keeping me informed during the first two weeks, but since I returned it for repairs, communication has gone downhill. I finally had to request another rental car yesterday (2 days after returning it) because it was going on three days. As of now, they still have my car and it has been 13 biz days. They told me it would be ready today and I never heard from anyone. Very frustrating that the paint quality was so poor and it wasn’t quality checked before I picked it up. This is the second time I’ve taken my car to this location. I had some minor issues last year and they were quick to fix them. This time the experience has been a hassle.
