Brought my car in with a large dent and a broken door. Lou and Mac were honest, kind, hardworking, and gave a fair estimate. They got the door functioning again and removed most of the dent. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them to anybody!

While the process took longer than initially expected, the staff remained professional and provided updates throughout the repair, including reassembly and calibration. Once completed, the quality of the work was excellent my car looks great and drives perfectly. I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision on York Street! From my initial phone call about the issue I was having with my car, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly committed to quality service. I worked directly with the manager, Lou who kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I was paying for my repair out of pocket and he offered ways to keep the cost low which I greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a shop that truly cares about its customers and is conscious of the impact they have on the neighborhood, I highly recommend Caliber Collision on York Street. They definitely earned all five stars
