When I contacted Caliber Collision, South, Brian was most helpful in allowing me to bring in my fairly new Volvo for repair, on short notice! He did a beautiful job on repairing it & it was complimentary, as well!!! I would highly recommend them for excellent customer service & quality workmanship!
I have had to use Caliber Collision on 54th and Lyndale twice, once for a more involved repair and once for a minor repair. Both experiences were great. The communication level was appropriate, I was informed on the work being done and the timeline, with regular status updates. I have had no issues with the actual repairs. I would definitely recommend.
Conner helped me with a very unique problem with the door of our older Subaru Outback. He provided some good initial insight for me to get an interior door panel removed on my own, then helped finish the project with his professional team. Conner provided us with great support for a unique problem.
They didn't bother to blend a panel to match new paint and I had to go back twice to get bare metal under the hood covered. Colour match is a bit too light but impossible to notice where they did bother to blend. Pretty noticeable orange peel on the hood, but that was impossible to get a picture of. Insurance sent me here so I had no other choice. Make sure your repair rep goes through everything they painted or straightened. I didn't so I missed the panel in the bright sunlight.
