I have used Caliber Collision over the years . Caliber Collision has. Great work ethic. They restore cars back to their original state. Just like nothing ever happened. Ever since I had my Camaro towed there on 18th of November, Justin Blystone has kept me informed about what is going on with the car. My experience with the staff there has been great.
Not impressed. They refused to supply an estimate because I was going through insurance. I was trying to get independent estimates and I was told by caliber that I should just drop it off and if the repairs cost more than the insurance estimate, they would handle it. I prefer to remain in control of where my vehicle goes for repair and I like transparency. This feels like they are working closely with the insurers. All I wanted was an estimate.
Great experience, kept me informed with text and phone calls. Easy to work with USAA and Enterprise Car Rental. Workmanship is excellent, looks like new.
Caliber was excellent from start to finish. All the repairs were complete by the estimated date and they kept informed periodically so I was aware of their progress. I would definitely use them again, I hope I don't, but if I did, I would definitely be a returning customer.
