I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Caliber Collision. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and my vehicle was completed within just a few days—one day earlier than expected. Not only was my car returned on time, but it was also thoroughly cleaned, including a full wash, vacuuming, and detailed rims and tires. I truly appreciate the high level of care and attention to detail. I’m very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Caliber Collision for any repair needs. The added two-year paint warranty was an excellent bonus and gave me even greater peace of mind.
I took my 2006 Honda S2000 in for repairs on my passenger side rear quarter panel for a dent caused by a drunk driver who hit me and ran. I went through my insurance to have Caliber fix the dent & repaint the panel. When I picked up my car after the repairs were done I noticed there were some issues with clear coat over-spray & some issues with my paint after Caliber washed my car. I brought these issues up to the general manager at this Caliber location and the regional manager for Caliber, Justin, called me about my concerns and he offered to personally come down to my house and look at the issues I had with my vehicle's paint. Justin was incredibly understanding and patient and his goal was to make sure I was happy with the repairs. Justin offered to make things right by repainting part of the car at no cost to me and it came out beautiful! Let's be real, everything is crazy expensive this current economy. Business have to charge higher prices just to make a little profit and to be able to pay their workers and their bills, while consumers try to find the cheapest prices to save every penny to make ends meet; both sides have it tough. Sometimes mistakes can happen when getting repairs done - nobody's perfect, but it's how a business handles those situations when issues arise that makes or breaks them. Caliber and Justin went above and beyond to fix my issues and make things right and I couldn't be happier with their level of service. How many companies out there have a regional manager who'll take time out of their day to personally come to your house to make things right! Justin gave me exemplary customer service and he really deserves so much credit and a promotion with a big raise. Caliber does great work and they actually care about their repair quality and about customer satisfaction. Rest assured that if you take your car in for repairs at Caliber, your car will be in good hands with good people who will stand behind their work and that is priceless. Anthony, the advisor assisting me, was absolutely fantastic informative and patient, throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood the timeline and repair details. The quality of the repair work exceeded my expectations, my car looks like new again! I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this shop if you're ever in need of auto body work.
Took my car here to get it repaired after a hit and run accident. Julian and his whole entire staff made sure my car was well taken care of. The whole staff was very friendly and attentive. My car came back looking brand new from the inside/outside. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs to get some work done on their vehicle.
