Camarillo JiuJitsu offre une académie de Jiu-Jitsu brésilien accueillante et orientée famille à Bakersfield, avec une grande zone de tatami et des installations propres. Le club dispose de deux vestiaires séparés selon le sexe, de nombreuses places assises pour les spectateurs et d'un espace lounge avec des jeux d'arcade. Les membres bénéficient de nombreuses séances tout au long de la semaine, d'un cours réservé aux femmes, d'un open mat le samedi et de programmes pour les enfants et les débutants. Dan et Lovey dirigent une équipe respectueuse et inclusive, comptant plusieurs ceintures noires pour aider chaque élève.

Such a great place to train! The place is clean, has two gender separated changing rooms, a huge mat area, lots of seating for patient family members and friends that can watch the classes, and a lounger area to play dope arcade games. There are many classes throughout the work week and a women's class and open may on Saturdays. Dan and Lovey are very supportive, there quite a few female and male black belts on the mat to help your game, and lots of people to train with.
Dan is a legend in the sport. I've been dropping into his spot since I was a white belt, nearly 15 years ago. He's always gone out of his way to make me feel welcome and share his techniques with me. His entire team is completely rad and I can't recommend this place enough. The only downside is; I don't live close enough to make this my home gym.
Great academy!! The owners keep the facility clean, fun, and respectful. It’s family oriented yet also works with bjj focused individuals. They have an amazing kids program, intermittent beginners program, and an early morning class. The academy has numerous black belt instructors to help. Must visit!!
I love the culture of this school. People from all walks of life pass through these doors looking to improve themselves and their teammates. Aside from the great training, Dan and Lovey have been nothing short of respectful, kind and inclusive to everyone from white to black belts.
I'm the type to shop around and I'm sure many are. I landed at Dan's and never looked back! Him and his wife Lovey are so welcoming and kick back. They are also very understanding and fair! Vinny and coach Jon are fantastic teachers too!! You just have to try it out yourself. The way Dan teaches is phenomenal. Step by step your learning technique from a well rounded BJJ professor that is well known and accounted for including his team of black belts! Very good with the children as well! This is the place if your looking for a gym for you and the family to learn BJJ. Very family orientated as well. If your looking for competition? This is the place👍🏽 Check it out!
