Ashley was so nice and helpful on our visit to find a bed for my daughter. She made the experience so special for her that my daughter was all in and we came back a week later to get the exact bed after going to several other stores. Ashley wasn't there when we went back, but we wanted her to receive the commission off our sale. Everyone there were nice as well. Would recommend. Their delivery crew did a great job as well.

Jesus was great! I walked in he greeted me and gave me time to look but was there for any questions. The store is clean, well organized as much as a furniture store can be. The staff was kind. My experience at Canales Furniture was outstanding. Noah, the sales associate who assisted me, was exceptionally patient and thorough. He took the time to walk me through every option, even measuring multiple tables to help me find the perfect fit. What stood out most was his genuine approach — there was never any pressure, just a sincere effort to ensure I found what worked best for my needs. I’ll absolutely be returning to Canales Furniture for all of my future home furnishing purchases.
From the moment we walked in we were greeted in a friendly and helpful manner by the staff. They gave us space to look around on our own and immediately jumped in to help when we had questions. I showed Jesus a picture of the bed I wanted and they were quick to find me something similar and affordable! I am content with our purchase and the way we were treated. Very professional and friendly atmosphere, we were recommend by my mom and will be recommending to friends and family. Jesus was such a big help, as well as his coworkers. They deserve more than 5 stars!!
