How friendly and knowledgable the staff is, always willing to guide you so you can find exactly what your space needs. The store has a warm and creative atmosphere. The only thing is that the prices for some collectible pieces can be high, but the quality and style really make it wort it.
The store itself is absolutely adorable with a beautifully curated and unique selection. I was really excited to visit for the first time today, but unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. Despite being the only customer in the store, I was never greeted or acknowledged during the 15 minutes I spent browsing. The one employee present remained seated at the desk the entire time and never once asked if I needed help or offered any assistance. It felt as though I was completely invisible. First impressions matter, and sadly, this one made me feel unwelcome. I won’t be returning.
Such a lovely homewares store to stumble into on my visit to LA! This is my little haul from almost two weeks ago ◡̈ Would probably have bought more if I didn’t have to worry about the weight of my suitcase…
Candid Home is my favorite store in LA. Ashley is so sweet, knowledgeable, and talented. She selects the best stuff for the store and offers interior design services, too. I love their colorful glass jewelry displays and glass incense holders.
