Below is my unchanged original review - however - CCC has decided that having a trainer at the location on a daily basis is no longer a priority. This is what made CCC superior to other doggie daycares. We shall see how things go from this day forward. I take my pup to the old Los Ranchos location. Couldn’t be better. My pup comes home happy every time. They work with his behavior in the yard (highly unusual). They have someone on the premises 24/7 in case of emergency (unheard of in the 21st century). Daniel Alvarado is excellent trainer. Everyone here is kind and loving. Boarding is reasonable. If you forget something they still take really good care of my boy. I am 100% satisfied. They are helping me to raise the best Cairn ever. He has a lot of energy and is learning to focus and it’s making him a happier pup. You can easily see how happy this dog is. I’ve been bringing this particular dog here about 6 months but I have used this facility in the past as far back as the 1980’s. Different crew but just as kind. Other places I’ve tried just didn’t measure up.
Feel that your pets are safe and secure at K9Country Club. My wife and I owned a dog boarding facility in Illinois so we have high standards and can recognize problems that may come up. My dogs left the Country Club after a one week stay as if they were there for only an hour. Dogs were clean, happy and in good weight. The staff was pleasant and detail oriented. Happy to have a high quality boarding facility in Albuquerque
My awesome and best friend Chance Norbert Benallie I has been attending daycare at the Canine County Club for a little over a year now. I have never been more satisfied with their services. Whether its to drop him for a half day while running errands or a full day of care, I am very comfortable in knowing I can trust him in the care of their "one in a million" dog-loving staff. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment to anyone and can guarantee that you will return. My baby is so exhausted after sending the day with his homies! Always a great event taking place so your beastie is never bored! 🙏❤️🐕😊....thank you from Chance and me! God bless and keep them tails wagging!!
The entire staff was so friendly and really made sure my dogs were comfortable! I am so grateful the facility has real time cameras in their luxury casita! They also texted me pictures of my very happy dogs! We won’t be taking them anywhere else for boarding and grooming!
Canine Country Club, North Valley: A Truly Exceptional Pet Care Experience! I cannot recommend Canine Country Club, North Valley enough! It's truly a fantastic place for all your pet's needs. We've used their boarding facility multiple times, and each time our dogs have received exceptional care, both mentally and physically. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do. Before our dogs' first stay, I was given a thorough tour of the facility, and all my questions were patiently answered. They were incredibly accommodating to our specific needs, from keeping our dogs together to making special arrangements for one of our dogs who has fear aggression towards people and other dogs. We received regular updates during their stay and could easily reach them with any questions. What truly impressed us was the follow-up call from management a few days after their visit, checking in on how everything went. We're completely satisfied with every service they offer and feel absolute peace of mind leaving our dogs in their care when we travel. Beyond boarding, we've also utilized their in-house training services for our dog's fear aggression. Having tried other training options with minimal success, we were amazed by the results with Daniel, their trainer at CCC. We've seen remarkable progress with our dog – more than we ever thought possible! Each training session not only transforms his behavior but also equips us with valuable knowledge, empowering us to continue the training effectively at home. This facility is consistently clean, organized, and truly caring, offering a wide array of excellent services. I wholeheartedly recommend Canine Country Club, North Valley for all your pet care needs!
