We've been using Canine to Five for three years now, and they continue to be the only people we call when we need our labs boarded! The staff are always friendly, the grooming and care have been exceptional, and I love the webcams that let us see the fun the dogs are having while we're away!
We have been using C925 Ferndale for three years now. Primarily for day care but also for boarding at least once a year. You can tell how much they care about dogs AND their humans from the way they greet you at the front desk, the way they communicate with you, and the way they share fun stories of your pup. I would want my dog nowhere else but here!
The staff is phenomenal, they are extremely welcoming and friendly. They put on several events each month to keep my puppy entertained. They go out of there way to make him feel special. My puppy gets so excited when he goes to Canine to Five. I highly recommend their services.
I love Canine To Five. I started many years ago when there was just the one location in Detroit and I was working at GM with my Wheaten, Clementine, of blessed memory. Now my Portuguese water dog, pickles, is a regular customer and very happy. I am particularly impressed with all of the staff which would be unfair to name individually because I have not had a bad encounter with anybody. I’m also super proud of how this business has evolved from where it started. I really appreciate the small focused, play groups and the ratio of staff to dogs. I have gone to other daycares where it just seemed like a big crazy free-for-all. The staff also does a wonderful job of making individual connections with each animal, which is clear to me at drop off and pick up. Shout out for the genius ideas for marketing to make daycare Enriching and individualized. Whether it’s one on one time or a treat treat or a special game Canine To Five hits out of the park each and every time. PS super excited about the new grooming option in Ferndale.
I adopted a sweet pup almost 2 months ago and have used canine to five for both day care and boarding already — their staff is super sweet and friendly, and seem to really care about all the dogs that come through their facility, I even received photos and updates of my dog while I was away! They genuinely care that my dog is set up for success when it comes to socializing and meeting other dogs :’)
