I've worked in Los Angeles for over 40 years as an Interior Designer. My experience with the Cantoni showroom has been excellent. Jasmin Luna is my in house Design Professional who works tirelessly, elegantly and creatively with both my clients and my team. She is there 24/7 to help and provide extraordinary service. My most recent installation evolved into 100% Cantoni products and with Jasmin there by my side , it has been seamless and the clients are thrilled. After so many years in the business , Cantoni has proven to be the best one stop shopping experience you can ask for. They care ✔️
Terrible customer service. She gives wrong information about the dinning table just to make a sell . Don’t trust her words . If you have any problems after she won’t accept it.
The staff members at this store were very rude and antagonistic towards me. I was browsing around, and they wouldn't let me use the restroom. They made up false claims about me, and acted very rude and patronizing. A staff member has also physically threatened me, and blocked me from exiting a doorway. Don't shop at this store, the employees are short-tempered and impolite, and you won't get good customer service. They also were not helpful at all as I was browsing around the store. What this store responded is highly untrue and discriminatory. They do not provide safe and helpful service. What they allege about previous interactions has been falsified. They have been highly rude and antagonistic. They act as if I wouldn't be able to afford to shop there. I was not requesting to charge my phone. I was simply browsing around, and asking to use the restroom. They are denying that a staff member physically threatened me, but this really happened. The woman stood in front of the doorway, and blocked me from exiting the restroom in order to physically intimidate me. There is no reason why the staff have to act this way towards me. Please don't ever shop at this store, you will NOT receive quality service. They said that I couldn't use the restroom because I have failed to greet their staff members who were sitting at a desk in the back of the store. Expecting me to walk to the back of the store and greet their staff members every time I walk in is irrational. Using this as an excuse for why I couldn't browse around the store or use their restroom is arbitrary and unethical. This store arbitrarily discriminates against people. If you don't greet the staff members sitting at a desk at the back of the store, they won't let you use the restroom even if you intend on buying something. This store discriminates against people at random, and their customer service is terrible. I was in the store because I was browsing around and shopping. Why should I have to leave the store and use the restroom somewhere else and then come back and continue shopping? You would expect that people who are shopping in their store should be allowed to use their restroom, but they claim that I couldn't because I have ignored staff members who were sitting at the back of the store at a desk far from the entrance. Saying that I have not greeted staff members who were sitting at the back of the store a few months ago is not a good reason to not allow me to shop or use their restroom. This is very snobbish and patronizing behavior, and I expect an apology from them.
There are many good and great furniture stores in Southern California. My husband and I searched online and in store for the perfect dining room table for almost a year. We finally found the perfect table for us at Cantoni. A beautiful choice of elegant and modern pieces was what we found at Cantoni. What takes Cantoni to the next level is not these pieces but the exceptional customer service. A very special thank you to the manager and the delivery team.
Nous avons acheté un beau lit en cuir l'année dernière et il a l'air superbe dans notre chambre et il a très bien résisté. Il est aussi très confortable. Nous avons reçu un bon service client et obtenu un excellent prix pour le lit grâce à une offre spéciale proposée pendant un week-end férié. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
