I am beyond grateful I went to Capitol Yamaha. They deserve more than 5 stars! There were no added dealer fees. Ernie truly knew what he was doing, was genuinely excellent at helping me, answering all my questions and made me feel comfortable through the whole process of purchasing a motorcycle for my son. Mike was great at going through the little details of the motorcycle. Larry was kind, knew all the things I needed to help us succeed and was patient later when I took my 6 year old in and we had lots of questions. If you want to feel at home through your purchasing process, have any crazy questions, and work with amazing people - go to Capitol Yamaha Sacramento. My son even wanted to go back and take a picture with Ernie and Larry. Thank you guys for all your hard genuine work. I look forward to returning for years to come.
I had a great experience overall with Capitol Yamaha. Ernie was excellent to work with — knowledgeable, patient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. I purchased a PW50 for my child, and I really appreciated that there were no extra fees or surprise charges after the purchase. Everything was transparent and exactly as discussed, which says a lot about the integrity of the dealership. The only part I wasn’t excited about was the pickup experience. When I came to pick up the bike, I expected it to feel a bit more special for my kid, but the bike was parked right next to other bikes, which took away from that moment a little. That said, it didn’t take away from the quality of service or the overall experience. I’d still absolutely recommend Capitol Yamaha, especially Ernie, for their honesty, professionalism, and smooth buying process.
Took my Tenere 700 for 4,000 mile service. All I can say is wow; what an impressive staff in all departments, particularly the service department. To make a long story short, i received every effort from them to keep some money in my wallet when it was possible, all the while balancing the need for important work and the less urgent work for my T7. They do not lie to you, about anything. Absolutely 💯 percent trustworthy people here, and when it comes to mechanics that’s the only thing I care about. Honesty. They have that, plus everything else. I’ll see you guys again soon!
Ernie was great, and the rest of the staff was excellent, I would purchase from them again!
These guys saved my ride . I got a flat 50 miles outside Sacramento. I had the bike towed in and they had my front tube replaced in two hours, just before closing Friday night as the Labor Day weekend started. I was able to make it home after a week riding the NorCal BDR. 1800 miles with one pinched tube. (Thanks Capital Yamaha). (Note to self...double check the tube size you carry before the trip)
