Booked through Instagram and received a confirmation email with a completely wrong address. I even spoke with the doorman at the address listed in the email, who confirmed that Capsool is located there — which makes me strongly suspect the business was too lazy to update their confirmation email. I then had to search on Google Maps myself to find the correct location. The email said “feel free to call us,” but there was NO phone number. Wasted time and money on an Uber. What’s the point of making a reservation if the confirmation details aren’t accurate? Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. Avoid.
This is an extremely cool, unique spot, a must-visit if you’re in Miami, Victoria was very warm and accommodating. She’s also very knowledgeable and was able to give a bit of background on each piece I tried, which really personalized the experience. I got this gorgeous upcycled Oscar De La Renta jacket but so many interesting vintage pieces, a great selection overall, and a lot of amazing up-cycled vintage pieces.
I had a fantastic experience at this store! From the moment we walked in, the owners welcomed us warmly and even served us drinks, which added a nice touch to the shopping experience. I loved being able to try on different outfits—it was so much fun! The store has a great selection of high-quality clothes, ranging from sleek leather pieces to luxurious, bougie furry coats. There’s definitely something attractive for everyone here. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for unique and stylish fashion!
