From the moment I reached out, Charlie was incredibly helpful- she made the process of setting up my appointment so easy and provided all the information I needed to feel confident in moving forward. I highly recommend going here! I recently had a tattoo removed and it was such a nice experience. The staff are all very nice and will answer any and every question you have. Very clean facility and it’s a smooth process. The staff made me feel very welcome and are transparent with the details of all procedures. Will definitely be returning!
Walking in, first face you see is Charlee the receptionist. She is incredibly nice and knowledgeable — she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The spa itself is clean, relaxing, and beautifully designed, which makes it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for professional, high-quality care in a welcoming environment!
Amazing start! It started with many google searches and tons of research. Charlie her customer service is impeccable professional and kind. When my wife and I made the call we already researched when insurance doesn’t cover prescriptions. This is the GO TO place for weight loss solutions when insurance drops the ball, and you need help; give Charlie a call she is loaded with honest answers and if she doesn’t know she will get you scheduled to meet with the NP Angela. NP Angela is the real deal! My wife and I came in with concerns questions comments and goals. Angela was direct and honest. Most of all the best description is she is transparent about lifestyle changes in conjunction with prescription therapy.
I couldn’t have been happier with my experience or results from CaptivatingU. Angela was very thorough and helpful on what procedure was best for me. The location was clean and welcoming. I will definitely will be back.
