I brought my car in to have some amps installed, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The installation work was sloppy and unsafe. The grounding appears to have been done incorrectly, there was no dielectric silicone grease applied where the wiring connects, and there were no heatshrinks near the wire ends, all very basic things for a proper car audio install. Shortly after the work was done, my car began having major electrical issues. It’s now dying intermittently, and somehow one of the connections they made is interfering with my power steering system, making the car undrivable and potentially dangerous. When we reached out to the shop to resolve it, they refused to take responsibility and instead claimed we “voided the warranty” simply by adding proper grease and heatshrinks to protect the wiring... something that any competent installer should have done in the first place. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. Poor workmanship, unsafe wiring practices, and zero accountability when issues arise.
Brought a JVC Media receiver to this shop in order to have it installed in a 2017 Toyota Camry. Got to the store at 9 am, Pedro was assisting two other customers, but once he was done, he and his team started on the task at hand. The store was clean and had a sofa and some chairs to sit in, as well as a TV to keep you entertained if you chose to wait for your vehicle. Pedro also took the time to answer some questions I had, while dealing with customers on the phone. 10:30am, Pedro came out and told me my car was ready. Got in my car and I was absolutely happy with the install (As shown in the photo below). Everything was working out of the box & installed properly. This install experience was a very satisfying and I am glad I found this shop to handle the install process. Update 9/26/2025 Brought some Kenwood Sport Series Speakers to this shop for installation. Received the same great service as my previous visit.

Absolutely the only place I'd ever go. They overhauled a weak factory audio system in a new vehicle, with an amp under the seat. After a while, the amp started cutting off intermittently, although I was late in diagnosing the problem. Once I did, more than a year later, they took it in and attempted an easy fix. It didn't work, so they took it back and basically did a reinstall, and it's been perfect ever since. And by the way, it has always sounded great. Now, I know this is what a company *should* do, but the fact that they *did* do it - fitting me in on short notice and making sure they went the extra mile to fix what I think was a difficult problem to diagnose - is still unusual in this day and age. Outstanding company that backs up what they sell.
