I pulled into Car Stereo City, thrilled to finally get an LED lightbar installed on my truck. As soon as I walked in, Zee and his team made me feel welcome and treated me like a valued customer. They listened to my needs, explained the installation process, and assured me they’d handle Their attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear they wanted to do the job right. Despite the unexpected hiccups not at any fault to their own the turnaround time was surprisingly quick. Once the job was done, Zee showed me the results, The LED lightbar looked amazing! and everything was installed perfectly with no complications, plus their pricing was fair and more than reasonable for the quality of work. I drove away completely satisfied, impressed by the service, and grateful for the exceptional experience. Car Stereo City has earned my 5-star review, I’ll be recommending them to family and friends and I’ll definitely be back for future upgrades!

these guys are great. fast turnaround times. got an appointment the same day. they did an alarm for me and also remove the old tint from my van and put new ceramic tint on. came out beautiful. super happy with these guys

I called & asked if there were any appointments for today. The guy on the line said, sure how soon can you get here, bro? So I figured, great, I’ll be able to have my stereo looked at immediately. When I got to the shop, the guy who talked to me on the phone came out to my car with me after taking my contact information. After taking one look at my stereo—not performing any diagnostics at all, he said, Oh ya bro for something like this you’ll want to just replace the whole stereo cuz then you’ll get a one year warranty. I responded, well I think we should try to figure out what is going on, because the stereo could be perfectly fine & just not getting any power (my stereo isn’t turning on, which is the proximate cause of me visiting this business). This was an off putting start. 90 minutes later, my car hasn’t been touched. When I asked about why I’ve been waiting for 90 minutes without any service being performed, the same guy just played dumb. This is not an establishment that prioritizes their customers’ time.

Went in to get a new head unit for my 2017 Toyota tundra and my man Emad Was so helpful and price matched every item for me I ended up getting new door speakers Along with the head unit and I couldn’t be any happier. Installers did a fantastic job. I couldn’t even tell they touched my truck And the sound is exactly what I was looking for.
