Please be very cautious in your choice of urgent care clinic. I went here recently and it was disastrous. The person who examined me informed me I had pneumonia. She prescribed two antibiotics. The two antibiotics were so strong, I started having terrible side effects. When I was examined by my doctor finally, he informed me I did NOT have pneumonia and yes, he dis an xray to confirm this. This place cannot be trusted. Be very careful.
As a visitor from a foreign country it was nessecary for me to get medical advice and aid in the first days of my stay in Boston due to heavy illness symptoms. I could make a quick appointment with a carbon health office next to my hostel and got excellent service and immediate help. Therefore I could continue my trip with the right medicine and soon I got better.
I had a really positive experience at this urgent care. Mirzada and Amanda were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and gave me very detailed guidance. I really appreciate how they treated me with genuine care and warmth, not just efficiency. It made a stressful situation feel much calmer and more manageable. Thank you, Mirzada and Amanda, for your compassion and dedication to patients. Highly recommend this place.
The best healthcare experience I've ever had! Vladimir is the kindest, most attentive clinician I've had -- anywhere! Since my very first appointment -- a quick sick visit -- he's always gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable, heard, and confident that ALL of my medical questions and needs are answered. He has a truly exceptional talent for patient care, and a truly unique way of making you feel fully seen. The whole team at Carbon is super professional and warm, making the visit a delight.
Had such a great experience here! Steph at the front desk was super friendly and professional — she even helped us book our referral appointment, which made things so much easier. Hector, the PA, took his time and answered all of our questions clearly. Eliz was so gentle and kind the whole visit. Everyone made us feel really cared for. Highly recommend!
