Very accommodating facility, location was perfect for hospital staff that came to event, good midway location for guests living in Riverview or Wesley chapel. I think that’s why I had such a great turn out !! Plenty of parking . Guests felt safe, beautiful decor inside , they set up and breakdown , you just need to throw out your trash in the can , kitchen area is roomy, large warmer and refrigerator, big sink , bathrooms were very clean. JD the attendant was very helpful and explained all the electronic things . Brenda the coordinator is available for any of your questions, (even when the client is a little anxious ) I would definitely use them again for a big event .
We hosted our baby shower at CARE yesterday and had an AMAZING experience. Brenda, JD, and staff ensured that our event went seamlessly with no issues. Thank you for helping make our special day… special!🤩
The venue provided the perfect setting for a baby shower, and well-organized. The staff was attentive, friendly, and created a warm and celebratory atmosphere. JD, in particular, brought a cool energy to the event his humor made all of us comfortable and welcome. It was a memorable experience from start to finish.
JD was very attentive! The baby shower was amazing everyone had a great time! He really does a great job making sure that everything is running smoothly and everybody is enjoying themselves. 10/10 would highly recommend for events!
Our experience from the time we booked till the day of our wedding was everything we thought it would be, with some minor communication issues that Fred was very prompt in addressing. We knew we chose the right place based off of the reviews and the nice conversation we had with Fred. The day of our event the place was so beautiful. With the all white curtains, sparkling marble floors, clean bathrooms and the attendant that evening (JD) was very helpful and pleasant. Our guest had an amazing time. It felt more like a family reunion than a reception which is how we wanted our guest to feel. The kitchen was definitely a plus. If you plan on having an event and need a great place to have it, I would definitely use C.A.R.E. Event Hall. Our wedding was magical!
