Unfortunately I had an issue with my car’s oil change, the service port of the skid plate wasn’t screw in correctly and came off on the road . I came back several times to talk to the manager, he fill out a report but didn’t file with corporate. There was no response or compensation for their negligence. I don’t recommend this particular store due to their lack of customer care. Very disappointed with their customer service.
I took my grandma's car to carisma to have it washed and detailed for her. The service was awesome, and I was super impressed by how quickly it was finished. Big thanks to the guy, Jeff who helped me, he was very polite and did an amazing job! My Grannie LOVED the outcome! 5 stars for sure!!!
Brought my car in today for a detail, car wash, and a back wiper and let me tell you i was not disappointed whatsoever! i had never done this process before so i was a little nervous at first but when i saw how easy they made the process and how visible they make it to see the car while its getting all clean. i was very very happy with everything i experienced on my first day here today. friendly staff, car looks better than when i bought it from the dealership. Michael was the one working on my vehicle and when it was done he offered scents for inside the vehicle for no cost at all. i got strawberry and it was more than amazing. i’ll definitely be back when i get it all dirty again for sure. which will be soon
I recently opted for the most expensive detailing package, and after nearly three hours, I returned to find my car looking barely different. It appeared to have been vacuumed quickly and wiped down, but there were still visible spots and debris. To make matters worse, they left the doors open, allowing even more debris to blow in. Overall, it looked almost the same as when I dropped it off. This was the worst experience I've ever had, and I won't be returning.
Too many empty promises. I was really looking forward a car detailing at this store after reading the reviews and I am very disappointed at the service. Although the car was cleaner, there were a lot of untouched places, especially at the rear. They probably didn’t expect me to be as attentive as I was. That was very unprofessional, especially considering it is a paid service they were providing. After my complaints, the guy who cleaned the car started giving me an attitude as if I was the one in the wrong. I don’t think the manager is aware of these behaviors and hopefully this sheds some light on that. If I were you, I’d research my options before committing to this place.
