$10,000 RETAINER for a DESIGN. Absolutely out of their minds 😭😭🤣🤣🤣 I asked the assistant what happens if i don’t like the design and she said well we can work around it and edit it. I said what’s the $10k for? She said it was for the design and they’re a “high end” designer. A design is between $400-$1300. Mind you this is for ONE room. I’m out.
