This food truck came to my job and the man (who I figured was Carl) was very rude and condescending. I heard from other employees the lady had awful customer service. The fish was way too salty. I would not recommend.

Carl’s kitchen is amazing! His Cajun Pasta is incredible and some of the best pasta I’ve ever had! I highly recommend it! 10/10 all around and the service can’t be beat! Awesome guy and food!

Fantastic wings, for a food truck the prices are great. Got the garlic wings, not super garlic-y really crispy breading. Wings were meaty and not small like wing restaurants. Nice thin shoelace fries to go with. 10/10

Food was disgusting, I tried the lemon pepper wings and they were salty and they smelt & tasted like the were cooked in old fish grease, the chicken smelled weird. It smelled stank

Amazing food, Carl was a cool guy very nice and efficient, got the wings and catfish with shrimp. Best catfish and shrimp I have ever had, and out of a truck too! Large menu with lots of variety. Very pleased with his food and will definitely be looking for him at any food truck stops!
