My dogs always love their stays at Carlton. Very well run and handy being right next to Leeds/Bradford Airport. Competitive prices. A one stop shop for hounds due to the presence of an on-site grooming parlour, physio suite and pet food shop.
Went above and beyond to fit into my tight schedule. Teeth toes and trim within the hour. Brilliant customer service and great dog grooming to boot.
These Kennels are excellent. So accommodating, Tom always goes above and beyond. Dogs appear happy after, no issues at all. Groomers attached too which is handy, If I do not book them into the groomers they even get bathed for our return which is so thoughtful. There is no where else id leave my 3 Shih tzu's.
We boarded our house rabbit for 5 nights, communication was good, both email and phone. After booking I read some of the reviews, some not very nice, this made me quite anxious 😞. However, after calling on the morning of boarding, my mind was put to rest, the lady was very helpful and friendly. We dropped her off later that day and was more than happy to leave her. We picked her up after 5 days and she was absolutely fine, had been looked after well. We won't hesitate to leave her again. Thankyou
Really upset about the way I picked my cat up yesterday from here . Gave me no feedback at all until I asked how she had been . They said her eye had been red . When I got her in the car and looked her eye was all infected green puss coming out of it . Took her to the vets she has a really bad eye ulcer and should have been taken to vets a few days ago the vets really shocked that the cattery not had it looked at .
