Our next family food adventure take us to Carmela Coffe Bar located inside of The Heart of tradition with a category of 4.5 with more than 174 reviews, I respect everyone's opinions about this place, but one thing is for sure: they have a team that welcomes you with a smile, like family. The decor is amazing—I invite you to come and give your opinion—and the music is perfect for enjoying what you ordered. You can feel the energy of everyone who visits and shares a moment talking about ideas, events, and topics that inspire you in an atmosphere like the one at Carmela's. Our recommendation is to DLatte White Chocolate Mocha Orange Juice Caprese Avocado Toast Croissant Breakfast Omelette- Build Own Everything was fresh and delicious. My Caprese Avocado toast was like a work of art, full of vibrant colors from the ingredients they used, and when you bite into it, a burst of sweet and savory flavors explodes in your mouth, along with the satisfying crunch of the toast. You have to come and try it and let me know what you think. And thank you to the team, starting with the manager Zach, Evan, Eva, and Rey. Thank you for an experience I want to repeat when I return to Port Saint Lucie again.
Carmela Coffee in Port St. Lucie is an absolute gem! The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the coffee is some of the best I’ve had anywhere—smooth, rich, and perfectly made every time. The service is outstanding; the staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. I had an Iced Carmel Latte and the bacon and Brie Sandwich that was really good. Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or just a cup of coffee, this place never disappoints. Definitely one of my favorite local spots!
This is a wonderful coffee spot with an inviting atmosphere located in the heart of Port St. Lucie. The management is professional and attentive, and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. After my visit, I found the negative reviews below to be entirely inaccurate — my experience was nothing short of excellent. It’s important not to take every review at face value, as some may come from individuals with personal grievances. My Mediterranean flatbread was absolutely delicious! Rocio was very sweet and patience with my husband and I as we are vegetarians and she took the time to explained the menu.
First time at Carmela’s at this location at the heart ❤️ A few recommendations: Bread should be toasted and preferable sprinkled with olive oil as it was very dry and no crunch Latte should be served in a ceramic cup versus a to go cup. I had to ask for one and the latte. I had to send back twice because it was not hot enough. Asked for olive oil on the side for my bread. Otherwise it was great. 😊
So happy this is open. Have been to the ones in Boca and in Stuart quite a bit. I got the avocado toast with egg. My wife got the caprese avocado toast (the best!), and my son got the breakdast croissant with the tequeños, which he loved. The coffee is great.
