Overall, my experience with Carpet Giant was really good! The salesman, Manny, took care of sourcing the carpet, and the installers (Frank and team) were timely, friendly, and fast, and did an AWESOME job with the installation! Similar to another reviewer, I would say that comunication needed just a little work, but I am very pleased with the end result. Carpet Giant lived up to the hype!
We contacted Carpet Giant on a Sunday after we purchased new furniture that was delivering in 6 days. Julie contacted me immediately and setup an appointment for Monday. After consultation, we were able to have new flooring installed on Tuesday. Wonderful customer service and installation.
Our experience with Carpet Giant was great. The salesman took good care of our needs and the installers did a great job with the installation. Comunication needs a little work but we are happy with the end result.
Had a wonderful experience from showroom through install (both carpet and hardwood). Robert was helpful with selections and keeping us updated along the way. Also the hardwood installation team (Johnny and Mario) were very professional and did an excellent job (happy we chose Carpet Giant).
Ax exceptional experience. After a floor nightmare, we were referred to Carpet Giant by a few individuals. We were promptly greeted by Natalie who made this process effortless. We were overwhelmed with all the choices and she helped narrow a few down and came out to the house a few days later. Not 100% convinced of the samples I chose, she called and got several more samples and came back out to the house and dropped more samples off. We were never felt pressured to “hurry up and make a decision”. Once we did finally decide, installers were at our house within 4 days to start. The installers were very meticulous and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new floor and would not hesitate to recommend Carpet Giant to anyone. Go see Natalie and the staff there-you will not be disappointed. (Photos were before quarter round placed)
