Chris Carroll and his team do FANTASTIC work. It is rare for me, as a female, to feel completely comfortable having contractors in my home, when my husband isn't home as well. I completely trust Chris and his crew, not only with my safety, but with their painting. Chris listens to what your vision is. He gives you a fair and honest quote AND when their beautiful work is done, his bill matches the quote. They don't throw unexpected surprises your way. If something unexpected arises during their job, he talks it over with you to confirm how you want to proceed. He has done work in our home 3 times, and we will continue using Chris Carroll for all our painting needs. Their work is impeccable, they leave everything clean, and they keep you updated on the progress. Chris regularly checks in with you during times that his crew takes over, and he makes certain that you are happy with the results. Following our most recent paint project, it was only a day after it was completed, when I started planning our next project. I have had CarrollCustomPainting repaint my entire house and he and Juan we absolutely professional. They showed up on time and moved everything around and did an absolutely fantastic job. Later I had to have them come back and change some things that we wanted to change. Again on time totally professional and very reasonable cost for all the work they did. One of the best things about what they do is to find that the original sheet rock only had nails to hold it in place and they always went back in to every piece of it and put in plenty of screws to insure that it would not move and crack again. And it has not. Love working with them.
Chris Carroll has been our painter at least 12 years now and has painted the interior and exterior of our home. He has always been very thorough and precise in his work and fair in his pricing. He has also done touch up and repairs after we had several remodel projects. I am very particular about quality of work and I never have to worry about the results.
