CARSTAR Espana provided a seamless process through dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Ezequiel was able to walk me through the repair process and clearly address any questions and concerns I had. I also received various updates regarding my vehicle throughout the repair.
I experienced CARSTAR high quality work and customer service a few years ago. At that time I owned a Toyota. The result of their work exceeded my expectations, both in quality and timely delivery. Obviously I saved CARSTAR information and chose to work with them again, this time for my BMW. They delivered again the same level of performance. I am very happy with the result and definitely and warmly recommend them.
Always a pleasure working with Carstar España’s. They are so knowledgeable in the process and working with the insurance. I always bring my vehicles here with Maribel, Maricela, and Adriana. Miguel is great too! The work they do is impeccable and my vehicles always look like brand new!
This is the 2nd time I've been to this auto body repair shop. I got rear ended so I went through my insurance. I came in to pick up my car and noticed the placement of the bumper is unaligned a bit. The paint looks great aside from some white residue left in between the gaps. I advised the personel and they are fixing the adjustments and cleaning the white residue. The personel is honest, courteous, professional, and they communicate updates regarding work done to the vehicle. The location is convenient you can catch the light rail, bus or if renting a car from enterprise its within the 2 mile range if their courtesy shuttle.
Best customer service!!!This is the second time I use this auto shop and Great communication and really good work. My car was rear ended and the work was so nice that you couldn’t even tell that was even in an auto accident. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for good quality work.
