I went to carstar on last December to change Passenger side tail light for my 2012 Mercedes C300. The owner Remo was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They swap my tail lights in 15 mins without any charge. I would give 5 Star rating for the warm behavior and accommodating for quick work. Definitely i recommend the store and i will go there anytime i need anything to my car. Thank you Remo for everything!!!
The staff at CarStar Gage went above and beyond my expectations! I brought my car to the shop after an accident. They not only did the covered work phenomenally, but went the extra mile to clean the entire and exterior of my car. They touched up all paint chips, etc., that were on my car that did not come from the accident - even leaving me with the extra paint for my own future needs. I am really impressed with the service and truly appreciate all the extra work the team put in. My escape looks like brand-new and I am so thankful.
You GUYSSSSS 🥰💐🥰 I feel better off having met this Team. THIS IS THE LOCATION to come too. They set up my rental through my Insurance it was all done for me. I was rear ended; as per this photo it UNHAPPEND🪄 I was comforted from the receptionist Jenny to the Manager Neil. My alinement drives like the day I drove her off the lot. You even heard 👂 my heart 🫀about my Engine it’s pristine I had to add the photo. No words for how appreciative I am. Talk about going ABOVE & BEYOND ❣️❣️❣️
The team here was phenomenal! The staff were super helpful and made the whole process easy. Communication was on point as they kept me updated the whole time, explained what was happening, and what needed to be done. I am beyond amazed of the quality of the repaint and they got my car into a brand new colour.
Took my vehicle there for repair after an accident. They kept me to update on the repairs and did an amazing job. They cleaned my truck and when it was picked up by my husband it looked like a new truck -shiny and spotless. Jenny arranged a rental and was very friendly and professional. Adam who wrote the estimate was great and so was Neil. An unfortunate accident but the shop did not add stress to the situation. A great experience and would highly recommend carstar gage if you need any work done on your vehicle. Adriano went over the vehicle with my husband ant pickup and explained and showed him the work they did. A five star experience from beginning to end. Thanks again CARSTAR Gage
