I am so glad that we found Catered by Raquel for our wedding. We had an amazing experience with the Catered by Raquel team from the beginning of wedding planning to the end of our event. From the get go, her husband, Channing, was so helpful with any questions I had and made me feel at ease during the beginning of wedding planning. Chef Tracie was so kind and bright, I loved chatting with her before our wedding tasting and also enjoyed meeting the service staff on the day of our wedding. Truly, everything was perfect at our wedding because of Catered by Raquel's team. Raquel is absolutely wonderful. I am so grateful for her. One week before the wedding, she checked in with me, smoothed out all of the small details, and also helped me problem-solve some bumps in the road before our wedding. Thank you so much, Raquel. The food was AMAZING. The chicken sofrito empanadas were a hit, entrees were delicious, and everyone was a fan of the cheese flan (thank you Raquel's abuelita!) We heard a lot of, "Wow, I don't usually like flan, but I liked this one" and "Did you eat the flan?! It was so good!" My in-laws' complimented the food constantly. Everyone was happy with Catered by Raquel and everything they did for our wedding. Thank you so much.

Raquel and her team are FANTASTIC! TLDR: You’re missing out if you don’t go with Catered By Raquel. My husband and I found Raquel when we had to make last minute changes to our wedding plan due to COVID back in 2021. From start to finish, communication was impecable. We often spoke to her husband Channing who was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all our questions, provided helpful suggestions, and overall was super personable and professional. When we met Raquel the day of our wedding, she was an awesome bright spirit. To top it all off, the food was not only delicious but absolutely beautiful. Every plate was an actual work of art and the flavors danced on our palates. We also arranged for her to cater a meal in our home the following day and were so happy we did.
