This taekwondo is a great place definetly first joined here and I was excited because I liked the classic movie Karate kid. Now that I'm a Black Belt , I have learned a bunch of new techniques and have made many friends. I suggest coming here it's so good. Best experience out of all taekwondos I've seen so far!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Catha’s Taekwondo! As a parent of a child with special needs, I was initially concerned about how my son would fit into a structured, potentially competitive environment. However, those worries disappeared quickly. Drew and Lauren Catha are absolutely amazing. They truly enjoy teaching Taekwondo and have a special gift for working with kids (and adults!) of all abilities. They create a supportive, encouraging environment where every student feels valued and capable of success. My son has grown in confidence, discipline, and physical skills, all while having fun and making friends. Beyond the classes, the school is a welcoming place for parents as well. It feels like a family, where parents also connect and celebrate our children’s progress together. If you're looking for a Taekwondo school that emphasizes personal growth, kindness, and community, I highly recommend Catha’s. It has been a fantastic experience for both my son and our family!
We love Catha’s Taekwondo! We joined about 6 months ago and in that short time our kids have gained confidence, discipline and are having so much fun! We enjoy the flexibility of monthly payments and as much or as little as our schedule allows. It really is a family feel. Our kids have also enrolled in summer camp, a great option for working parents and they had a lot of fun there too. We are so glad we found Catha’s!
Awesome instructors. Kids develope great discipline, confidence and so much more. It's been over four years, yes over four years and my kids love it. They get to make awesome friends, parents get to build a relationship with other parents, it's more than just Martial Arts!!!
The best martial arts school in the Winston Salem area! I’ve known the Catha’s for many years, and they are phenomenal, martial artist, and gifted instructors! Would highly recommend trying to class for you or your child.
