Chris was very patient with two people who had never done this before. He did not overwhelm us but taught -step by step. We had a great time! I will definitely do this again!
For my grandson's 16t, he wanted to work with clay. I called so many places and they woukd not work with us because of his age. I called Cathe's studio and she got us right in. She was a patient educator, she gave ideas and helped use make our ideas come to life. She was amazing with the schedule as well for I do not live in the same state as my grandson. We will definitely be going back to make more.
A friend and I have been really wanting to take a pottery class. We've found a lot of places you can paint premade ones but wanted to make our own. We got lucky finding Cathes art classes! Four of us came in and made mugs today. You can design them any way you like and it was a lot of fun. We go back in a few weeks to glaze and fire them! It's $40 a person per visit (2 total visits to finish the pieces) and they supply everything. Cathe responded quickly when making an appointment and was super nice. Chris helped us as well and he's great! We didn't use the wheels for the class but she does have that. She also has art classes I'd like to try. Definitely recommend.
First time taking a pottery class and I’m so happy I chose Cathe’s art classes! Cathe and Chris were great instructors and a fun time overall. Can’t wait to come back to continue working on the pieces
I just discovered the joy of working with clay with Cathe. It’s amazing how getting your hands on some clay for a little while can relax your body and soothe your mind. Would highly recommend to give it a try! Cathe is very knowledgeable and patient and makes pottery so much fun!!
