I am not sure where to begin. Our initial meet and greet seemed ok but nothing went as we had imagined. If you want to pay alot of money for mediocre quality and customer service then this is your place. Their contract stipulates that $1000 of the money goes towards decor and other than a simple balloon arc they don’t do anything else. We had to buy our own decorations and things aside from all the money we paid them. they put out what looked like dollar tree quality fake flowers as centerpieces , over a tablecloth. We put together all our games , our decor and sweets ourselves to fill up the emptiness. We gave them some bumble bee balloons to add to the arc and they never bothered to use them. The one banner we wanted on one wall was all fallen on the ground when we walked in because they had used cheap tape. They tell you to bring your own food , your own drinks which is fine if they at least had a refrigerator to keep your things cold but they don’t. You would think they can invest in at least a small fridge ?? Instead they tell you to bring ice and ice chests ??? Which ends up wetting the floors. They don’t have silverware or cups or even napkins all you get is a simple tablecloth. They have this very strange positioned “ bar” that serves no purpose because it’s glued facing against the wall ?? We thought it would move to face the guests while bartender stood behind it but it’s awkwardly facing the wall so the bartender ( that of course you need to hire ) is constantly giving his back to the guests. The contract is for 4 hours and exactly at 4 hours even while guests are still saying bye they will walk in rudely without talking to you and with another staff member start throwing away garbage and putting away chairs. The sisters / owners seemed nice when we met but one of them seemed mad when she walked into the venue to clean up. For what you pay absolutely NOT worth it. Would never return or recommend to anyone. We requested an easel for a welcome sign we had made and they gave it to us but reiterated that it was not part of the contract, that they rent that separately??? Just crazy. Some tablecloths and balloons that anyone can do. Save your money and get the customer service you deserve elsewhere ! Too stressful and low quality all around.

Very disappointed. I was interested in having my son first birthday with them and called, emailed and texted multiple times. No response. I finally got a email after five days regarding a quote but when it came to seeing if I can tour the venue in person before committing no one responded once again. Do better on your communication skills for your customers and don’t leave a number on your website if no one is going to answer or listen to the voicemail’s.

Their decor might be good and our first initial meet with them seemed nice and professional and even after reading their reviews we decided to still try them out, but we couldn't even get past the contract because their two bad reviews on here are definitely correct. They do have some bad service as far as rudely answers when asking a question. I work in Sales and understand frustration (if that's what it is) but believe they need to work on some better communication skills. I did not book because I do not want a stressful experience moving forward. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ils ont organisé le mariage de mes rêves!!! Je l'ai adoré!! Ils étaient très professionnels et ont fait un travail extraordinaire. J'ai acheté leur forfait décoration et tout était parfait. Je leur ai dit ce que je voulais et leur créativité a fait le reste. J'ai reçu tellement de compliments, j'ai hâte de les réserver pour ma baby shower!!
