I am doing this review to have an answer for my brother's cell phone that you lost, you have to be responsible for your mistake! My brother took his cell phone to this location after less than two weeks, my brother went to ask for the diagnostic and pay his bill to have it fixed, arriving at this location they tell my brother that they are moving to a new locations and they put all the phone in a box in the warehouse (this is the address of the new location 12244 Montana Ave. #100 Next to walmart joe battle/montana) they tell him that they will look for the phone and they will call him back, Due to this my brother bought a phone while they returned his phone, the weeks passed and there was no response, He do not receive any calls from them, so my brother goes to ask for his phone again, and they tell him that the phone was lost and that they will not be responsible because according to their policy after a month they have a device They will keep it, at first they told my brother that it was 3 months and apart from that it was not his fault THEY LOST HIS PHONE IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS, I ask for justice and for his phone to be returned because of the abuse and lack of professionalism of their part! I WANT A FAIR ANSWER!!!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this phone repair shop. I brought my phone in for a screen replacement, and the process took way longer than expected—almost a week! When I finally got my phone back, the screen was misaligned, and there were visible scratches on the edges. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. I also noticed that my phone started overheating shortly after the repair, which never happened before. When I asked about it, they just brushed it off. Definitely not returning here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Arian was cooking up a Ps5 in the back (fixing). I walked in told him I was on a time crunch to make it to class, Arian replaced my battery and screen in timely manner, I was able to make it to class and phone works perfectly. Great service, great people.

If you are wondering whether to bring your phone or other products to this place, please read. Before this business did have great service and quality, unfortunately it has declined. I had brought my iPhone 11 Pro Max to get the back screen repaired and when it was returned to me there were still rubber bands, excess glue, and it was not aligned properly. After my phone was returned to me it began to have problems with the sound and camera. After talking with the employees about the situation they told me it was their fault, and it wasn’t handled correctly. I had asked them if I would need to pay out of pocket to get it fixed, and they assured me they would take care of it at no cost. I was told that it would take 2 days to get my phone back. However a week had pass and I had to call the store to check on the status of my phone, and when I called they did not know which location it was at. Eventually I was told to pick up the phone at 3:00 at this location, and that the manager would need to hand the phone to me. I had to waste more of my time, because he had shown up at 5:00 and didn’t even apologize for the delay. We viewed the phone and it seemed to be fine at the moment, but before returning it to me he told me I had to pay $130 to get it back. No one had called me when the phone was being worked on and I never signed anything to agree on a form of payment. I was originally told that a specialist would take a look at the phone, and that the damages would be covered under warranty. He then told me if I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t agree on, he would have to “unfix” it before returning it to me. After waiting an additional 2 hours the phone was returned to me at no cost, but is now having the same issues. After calling the company they told me they would charge me $50 just to take a look at it, and would not fix it for free. Even though these issues had occurred after bringing my phone here. It really is a shame that after agreeing to fix the phone for free as it was covered under warranty that they still wanted to charge me. I use to trust this company with my products but after this hassle I would stay away. I sent an email and had asked for a call back from the owner, but I never got a response. I really don’t recommend coming to this place as they will not take responsibility for damaging your products, and will only waste your time and money.
