Rudy was incredibly nice and helpful. My phone was really badly cracked but he fixed it so fast for such an amazing price I will definitely be coming back!
Had an issue with my daughter's tablet. They were fast, friendly and were able to fix it. Will definitely come again if I need more services. Abraham was so patient with my questions and did everything he could to help fix our problem.
I called this place and asked how much they would charge to put a new screen on my phone. I told him the back is coming off as well. As I was talking he seemed very irritated put me on hold to deal with a different customer. He asked me if I tried fixing it myself and I said I attempted to but I stopped. That really pissed him off. He said people got no business working on their phones and then trying to bring it to him to fix. I sent him a picture of my phone and ask him if it's repairable and he says well I don't know I can't see it while I'm on the phone I will get back to you. He never got back to me. I don't know if he woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning or maybe no coffee or O.J. or just not getting any love at home. But he was very cranky. Also, he didn't have the screen in stock and it wouldn't have been fixed until next week. So I found a lady in Fresno who fixed my phone in one day and didn't complain about nothing. She was grateful that I brought her some business and was very polite and professional and she was very reasonable with the pricing. So, I went to CellPros Tower District in the past and the guy put a screen on one of my older phones and by the time I got home it was already ruined. He did get another screen and fixed it properly the second time. So I will give him credit for that, even though it took him two times to fix it but he did make it right with me but after our conversation yesterday, I will never bring a phone here again.
