Would not recommend. We needed a solid mahogany door and sidelights refinished. When they came to look at it, they said that they had done several of these before and were very confident they could do this. They took the door to the shop to strip. Got the outer finish off, but could not get the stain out. My husband had them bring the door back to us, and he had to sand the stain off. They put gouges in the trim on the sidelights. My husband had to buy mahogany and remake several trim pieces. So the only thing they accomplished for us was getting the outer finish off of the door and some of the trim, and they put a clear finish on. Did a terrible job on the clear finish as well. Parts of the door appear to have no finish on them at all. Left scratches on parts of the door. Honestly, my husband told them he would put the trim back on because we were afraid of how they might mess that up too. Had the nerve to tell us he ran over on cost when my husband did most of the work on the door itself and had to repair the damage they did. They were fortunate that my husband dealt with them because he is much nicer and more patient than I.

Had four chairs refinished, two are dark now and two are light three leaves for the table. 2 of them are dark. One looks exactly the same as it did in the beginning like it was forgotten. No polyurethane was put on the table which was on it when they took the table. It looks like the table and chairs were merely sanded down and some varnish was slapped on it. Very very disappointed! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Now my husband has to take the time and energy to polyurethane our table before we can use it.

0/5 review!!! Dan was extremely unprofessional. Do not bother brining anything to him. Brought two historic doors and two storm doors for Dan to refinish. He didn’t take off any of the door hinges, door handles, screens off. Very expensive. Awful quality work. Had to call a locksmith to come and fix all 4 door handles and he refused to cover the locksmith bill.

Avoid this business at all costs. Will ruin your furniture. Very unorganized don’t expect them to call when work is completed. Finish is sloppy with drops and one part shiny and another dull. Did not match the original color of the refinished piece. And NEVER told me that it would not match when work was started here are the before (lighter) and after (darker) pictures

Not only was the quality of the work well below subpar, but his work ethic was nonexistent. I had to call multiple times to ask if my door was finished (he had it in his possession for 2.5 months) and each time I had to remind him who I was, what my door looked like and what work we had agreed upon to be done. When he finally brought it back, it was not sanded well and the stain was uneven and splashed onto the glass. It looked as if he literally threw some stain on it the day he brought it back to my house. I was trying to support a local business but I regret it.
