Great Muay Thai place. Haven’t worked clinching yet but that’s almost definitely because I haven’t gone enough. Used to do mma then focused on grappling for a while so coming back to striking was nice especially with teachers like this. TK and Ohm teach everything well and usually end the class with light sparring. They encourage light sparring as opposed to hard sparring unless you’re gonna be in a tournament which is just great coaching. They make sure you get comfortable with the movements and are conditioned enough to be a great fighter if you show up consistently. Highly recommend for anyone wanting physical excellence, a fun sport, confidence, or mental fortitude.

Central Martial Arts is truly exceptional! Every class starts right on time and is so well-structured that kids stay engaged, focused, and excited from start to finish. The level of organization throughout the school is incredibly impressive — you can tell every detail has been thoughtfully planned to create the best experience for both students and parents. The instructors are nothing short of amazing. Not only are they highly skilled in martial arts, but they’re also fantastic mentors and teachers. What really stands out is how committed every instructor is to making sure each child feels seen, supported, and encouraged. Even in a group class setting, they find ways to give individual attention to every student, helping them improve their technique, build confidence, and reach their full potential. One of the things we love most about Central Martial Arts is how well they balance structure and fun. Kids are not only learning valuable skills like discipline, respect, and perseverance, but they’re also having a great time along the way. Our kids joined Central Martial Arts about two years ago when it was still at the Fores Lane location, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From day one, the team has been incredible, providing not just top-notch martial arts training but also a warm and supportive environment that keeps our kids engaged and excited to learn. Beyond the regular classes, Central Martial Arts offers fantastic extras like Kids' Night Out—an absolute hit in our household! Our kids have a blast while we get a well-deserved night off, knowing they're in a safe, active, and fun environment instead of just staying home with a babysitter. We also hosted our son’s birthday party here, and it was an unforgettable experience! The kids had an amazing time, and the staff made everything seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend Central Martial Arts to anyone looking for a place that fosters discipline, confidence, and fun.
I cannot say enough good things about Central Martial Arts, the instructors and owners. The system of teaching is so much fun for kids and adults alike. And I truly believe that they care about our family. My children and I have both learned so much from them. They have truly made a difference in our lives ! If you live close by, there really is not decision… just do it. If you have to drive from another place in the metroplex …. It is worth the travel time !
