Everything from the initial meeting to getting things going with the private training has been great. I booked 24 sessions with Victoria and she is fantastic! She knows her stuff and always makes sure we’re achieving the level of training needed to improve strength and athleticism, which was my goal going into this. I’d highly recommend Victoria and training here in general. Great experience.
Training with Cullen Hess over the past 6 months has been a game changer. His methodical and consistent approach has helped me build real strength and muscle in a short time. He’s kind, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my progress, while still holding me to a high bar. Cullen strikes the perfect balance between support and challenge, and that’s what makes working with him so effective. I’ve already recommended him to several friends, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to make serious progress.
Coach Davis Collins is one of the best in the business! His knowledge, energy, and motivation has helped me reach personal fitness goals that I originally did not think were possible. Everything from talks about life during our warm-ups, explaining why we are doing a certain exercise, to pushing me to finish strong at the end of our workouts has been a game changer for me in my fitness journey. If you can get past his funky hair styles and retro short shorts, I promise you will not go wrong with Davis as a personal trainer. He has truly been a blessing in my life and I cannot thank him enough. 5 stars!
I joined Crossfit Central after not doing a crossfit class for 2 years from an (unrelated) back injury and gaining 80 pounds in the pandemic. I never thought I’d be able to feel like an athlete again. My first class was with Eva and I cried during the first workout because I felt so weak and embarrassed. I did a few more classes, silently cried at every one, and wanted to give up. I decided I just needed to find a “buddy” at the gym, so I asked Eva if she did private training. This helped me stay accountable and feel safe to come to class. It also helped me get extra attention on how to scale my workouts again. Since coming back, I’ve lost 90 pounds and am stronger than I’ve even was when I first started CrossFit years ago. Thank you Eva for being the best support on this journey and believing in me!
All of the trainers I’ve worked with at Central are exceptional. Most recently, I was in Coach Will’s small group training for gymnastics, which was so helpful. I frequently say I’d like to work on my weaknesses. Scheduling training is the way to get it done in a fun way. Will is great at seeing and correcting, has helpful cues, keeps me focused with specific drills to improve. I highly recommend training with Will and the Central coaches. They’re the best!
