Best setting in Atlanta! And the new tension board really takes it to the next level. Only thing that would make this gym better is windows.

Location was a little difficult to find. There's no sign on the outside that we could see, so we had to go into the building and ask the person at the desk for directions. No belays or top roping here, just bouldering. But the routes were fun and they can provide all equipment, including chalk bags, which was very convenient.

It's honestly like they don't even want you to find this place. Hidden in the basement of an office building with virtually no signs anywhere. Parking is miserable as to be expected with Midtown. The climbing itself is passable. Go to either of the other locations if you can.

I signed up for the $0 payment for the remainder of May and free June offer anticipating to pay July 1st. I’m from out of town and there is a location near me (which was a surprise). This kind of deal I feel is an invitation to get know CRG. With my funds being very limited, this was a great way to figure out if I want to keep CRGor go back to Movement which has many locations where I live. I visited all the gyms which were lovely. Great challenging boulders. More challenging than Movement’s NYC locations. It made me look forward to getting back and trying the Manhattan locations. I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged. I happen to be at a location that was different from where I signed up. I brought it up to that gym and they said that I had to go to my home gym. I called the home gym. The manager was unavailable but the person over the phone admitted that there was an error. I emailed and followed up with the store manager. Instead of refunding like I asked, she did what was most convenient for her. She moved my next payment to August 1 and did not refund me the money. I was very clear that I needed a refund. if someone asked for a refund and they are justified in that, it should just happen. No question. No work around. This was your error. While this is a minor inconvenience, It does throw me off my budget while I’m out of town for work and has put a bad taste in my mouth with how CRC conducts business. Mistakes happen. That’s fine. I don’t like that solution was to continue my inconvenience. Money is tight. I was excited to try the New York gym which is close to work. This has killed that excitement. While movement gyms are more expensive, when I’ve run into issues it’s always been handled professionally and with unexpected care to correct the issue. This experience has led me to believe that things like this will continue. I just tried to cancel my membership and the website won’t allow me to complete the request. I’ve already fulfilled my agreement. I just want to close the loop on this.
