Thank you so much for assisting my nonprofit. Its funny so many folks warned me about the stage, but my preformers absolutely loved it over the prior stage I've used for years. So, def will be using this company again. The basic chairs were perfect and priced reasonably. The service (in the office) was so friendly and loved the communication throughout the process. ***paying in checks prevents additional fees FYI. So, that was nice of them to inform me, def took advantage of that process. The delivery was on time, and on time pickup after event, so grateful and appreciated this organization assistance at last minute! Back story***** (Other company stage was a no go, needed a stage 2 weeks before event)
We worked with Archille from Central Valley Party for a large community outreach event, and they did a great job! The setup was interesting—we needed 7 tents across 6 different locations, with other rentals dropped off separately. Despite the complexity, the team came through on time and everything was set up exactly as we needed. Bonus: it was super windy in Tracy that day, and the tents held strong the entire event. Would absolutely work with them again!
I was referred to Central Valley Party by the venue where my daughter’s Quinceañera was hosted. I reached out in August for a quote, mentioning that I had a limited budget for decor and wasn’t sure if I could afford their services. I spoke with Archille, who patiently walked me through everything my daughter wanted while respecting our budget. Her understanding and support throughout the planning process were invaluable. When we wanted to include an item they didn’t carry, Archille referred us to someone else, demonstrating reliability, honesty, and ethical practices. The entire team at Central Valley Party was incredibly supportive during this significant event. When it came time to pay the invoice, Jerry took care of everything, ensuring we didn’t need to add any unnecessary items and providing recommendations on how many heaters we would need for the space. I never felt pressured to add more decor to increase the cost, and whenever I needed to modify the order, I felt comfortable doing so. Scheduling the delivery and pickup was straightforward; they confirmed a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup. There was a minor issue at the venue, but Archille, Jerry, and the venue staff handled it seamlessly, allowing us to stick to the original schedule. Matt and Tony took care of the drop-off. Since I had never planned an event of this scale, I wasn’t sure how to set things up. However, Matt and Tony were patient as I worked through my plan. When I left before they finished setting up, I returned to find everything was exactly as we envisioned—and more! I’m so grateful we were referred to Central Valley Party. They truly went above and beyond in their service!we will absolutely be using them again for our events in the future.
So, my son informed me that he was getting married...in two weeks! It's a long, but happy story, but in any case we needed to throw a backyard garden wedding in basically no time. I live in Lemoore, but the wedding was being held in Tracy, CA. I called Central Valley Party, without really knowing what I was doing, or what we needed exactly. They were very helpful and patient over the phone, and were able to provide everything we needed on short notice. They delivered and picked up the items in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend Central Valley Party!
Central Valley Party helped make our wedding a success! Archille was super friendly, responsive, and helpful. Their prices seem fair for what you get; we had expected the tables to feel a little bit sturdier, but ultimately they worked well once covered and decorated. If you're looking for a reliable and honest group of people to rent from, I would highly recommend Central Valley Party.
