A woman named Lucia from this company called our company and became abusive toward our team because she didn’t like the answers she was given. She hung up on our reps and then went to Google to blame our company for her own behavior and her misunderstanding of our services. If this is the kind of conduct someone encounters when dealing with her or her company, they may want to take their business elsewhere.
