This is very high class Dining be prepared to spend $140 per person and you should probably like steak. I had the chicken I found that the sauce was salty I tried the cauliflower bites and they were also salty the scallops we're salty. This was a great experience of fine dining there are waiters at your table bringing plates removing plates bringing warm face towels the tolit seats are heated there are lots of settings on the debate. The waiter brings out all the different steak cuts and talks about them he goes to every table with these steaks I just didn't think this was a healthy thing to do and the steaks should be covered with a glass for protection, of course you all know since covid when you're talking or laughing mist comes from your mouth. You just know that these steaks are going to be full of mist from our mouths.

Dinner at Chairman’s Steakhouse was a solid experience, though there is room for improvement on a few dishes. The service was excellent throughout the night. For appetizers, the tuna tartare had a delicate flavor, though it felt dominated by avocado; however, the taro chips were a great pairing. My New York steak was seasoned well and cooked to a nice medium, accompanied by smooth mashed potatoes. The lobster mac and cheese was a standout, and the toffee pudding was absolutely amazing. On the downside, the fries were disappointing—soggy and much too mushy. Overall, it’s a unique, modern alternative to Caesar’s and a great addition to the SE.

Amazing place for dinner. Jessica waited on my table and sure was very friendly. The venison was tasty, followed by the petit filet with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The gravy was finger licking goooood! For dessert I had the crème brûlée paired with a carajillo. Lady at the wardrobe was nice to talk to while I waited for my uber. . It is a 30 minute drive from the city centre but it’s worth to visit when in Calgary. $37 for a uber ride.

Top-Notch Food and Incredible Happy Hour This wasn't our first visit to Chairman's, and it's clear why we keep coming back. We stopped in for their happy hour, and it was fantastic. The food from the lounge menu (which is 20% off) was absolutely top-notch. We ordered the steak tartare, chicken sandwich, and steak sandwich, and all were exceptional. Chairman's might be more expensive than an average steakhouse, but you can be confident that you will not be disappointed. The quality of the food, the great service, and the luxurious vibe all combine for a 5-star experience. It's easily one of the best steakhouses in Calgary.

Absolutely outstanding experience at Chairman’s Steakhouse in Calgary! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere exuded class and sophistication — elegant décor, soft lighting, and impeccable service that made us feel truly special. The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection — juicy, tender, and full of rich flavor. You can really taste the quality and care put into every bite. The sides and appetizers were just as impressive, and the wine list paired beautifully with our meal. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s clear that this place sets the standard for fine dining in Calgary.
