I purchased my fiancée's engagement ring at Chalmer's and worked with Victor at the downtown location. He, and the entire experience, was an absolute delight! I'm excited to return to purchase wedding bands and work with him again!
My husband purchased a gorgeous diamond engagement ring to propose from Chalmer's and we came back to purchase our wedding bands before our wedding. Shoutout to Victor for being the most helpful and patient person during our search for the perfect wedding bands, and he was on point with all the recommendations. Our rings are simple, elegant, and sooo beautiful. Love the care in details and all the customer support they offer. Also, get your ring insured!!! I was in Madison on a business trip and I stopped by Chalmers to get some advice on an engagement ring I was designing. Garrett was incredibly helpful and gave me all sorts of great advice and ideas for my design. He is honest and incredibly knowledgeable in the world of jewelry design and gemology. I even got a quote from him out of curiosity and it was very competitive, even including shipping to CA! Sadly, I ended up going with a jeweler that was local to me in CA just for the sake of convenience, but if I lived anywhere near Madison, I would 1000% go with Chalmers!
Had the best experience getting our engagement rings custom made here! Garrett was super knowledgeable and helpful considering my girlfriend and I had little to no idea what we really wanted. Emailed him a couple pictures and when we went in to meet, he’d already designed a beautiful ring and was able to make very speedy adjustments to the design. Made the whole process painless and was very transparent about the pricing and what was possible with our budget. Definitely gained lifelong loyal customers!! Thank you, Garrett!
