Went here today to get my car washed paid for the wash, tires and the wax not only did my car come out still dirty later that day I notice the front bumper having two deep scraps that have taken off the paint the car is a brand new 2026 Camry that’s two months old and this was the first car wash I took it to. I emailed customer services will see if I get a reply and they fix the wrong doing will not go here again nor recommend Update: twice this is what they told me Champion Xpress is only responsible for malfunctions of the wash equipment. This is included in our disclaimer posted outside of every wash location. There was no malfunction of the wash equipment. There was no misdirection by staff. Vehicle was loaded safely and correctly on the track. So if vehicle is scratched and damaged your screwed cause of the fine print that was NOWHERE to see. I’ve taken other vehicles of same model to misters car wash and never had a problem wouldn’t recommend any champs especially if your vehicle is wide bodied.
Took my car there Christmas Eve, and previously on 3 occasions. It is a "mom" car meaning I have 3 children and it gets pretty gross. I had terrific service specifically by a gentleman named Phillip, he was so respectful and helpful. I will be bringing my car there from now on and he got me enrolled in the subscription service which I am happy about so I dont have to worry about paying anything when I'm there. Plus the vacuums and cleaning areas are clean and not gross like most car washes. Thank you Phillip for helping me!!!!!
I used to have a subscription but dropped it because I'm preparing to move away from Albuquerque, but i took my rental car there a few days ago. They are always so pleasant. Their mat washer is terrific, as are the vacuums. They always have cloths to wipe down interior. Love this place!
worst location plus the wash stopped and didn't complete my wash nor dried my car, no customer service and inconvenient. For me having a membership this was by far the worst experience ever. Do better!
Good experience - clean car with almost no effort. 🧼🪣🚗✨️😁 The vacuum cleaner and compressed air make a difference without worrying about running out of time. They do offer season sales and deals, which can really make a difference.👍 🤔 Is it just me, but there.s something about going through an automatic car wash that has a soothing ASMR effect. 😌🥰🫠 enjoy the videos. 😁😆👍
