Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! Boat Club Manager Cameron Star comes to the rescue and delivers skis on the south end of the lake. The boat club team and leadership always go above and beyond to treat us like family!!! There is no better service on any lake in the country!!!
We had such a great experience at the lake today! It was so gorgeous out and we had a wonderful interaction with Anthony at checkout, his enthusiasm was so infectious it got us all in a great mood from moment one of our visit. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully we’ll get to see Anthony again and tell him how great he made our trip
I really enjoyed my time at Chandlers landing Marina. However my experience was made so much better by the ship store cashier Anthony. He really answered all my questions I had and just had such an amazing vibe to him. Never a dull moment when having a conversation with him.
I had such a pleasant visit. I had really great help today from Anthony! It was so much fun The views were gorgeous and I’ll be back soon genuinely Anthony had amazing customer service and honesty it’s nice to have good people like him that are very helpful and very knowledgeable!
Rented a pontoon boat from here and had an excellent time! All of the staff from the front desk, to the manager, to the younger crew working the dock area were very polite, cheerful, and knowledgeable! We will be back and can't say enough about our half day we had as a family and with family friends!
