Great friendly and knowledgeable service. Recommend stopping by the store and look at all the beautiful items. I got skull cufflinks with small diamonds for eyes. Everyone always compliments me when I wear them.
Highly recommend. They’re trust worthy and honest. I needed a watch (Movado) repair which I thought insurance would cover. You guys were prompt with your service, diagnosing the watch and providing feedback to my jewelry insurer. Although insurance ultimately didn’t cover the repair, I’m grateful that you guys didn’t charge me to diagnose the issue with my Movado watch. As such, I definitely recommend them if you need watch repairs and quotes.
I had a great experience selecting wedding rings with Joe & his staff. He is very knowledgeable & considerate of buyer needs. On the day i planned to put the deposit down, I took up at least an hour of his time asking questions, & led him to believe I was ready to pay at the end of the conversation only to realize I left the funds at home! Joe kept a professional & kind demeanor, trusting me when I told him I’d come back the next day. There was no sign of frustration or doubt. Overall, it was an experience I’ll always remember, 10/10.
They did a great job resizing (sizing up) my mother's antique ring so I can use it as my wedding band. Their services were fast and reasonably priced, and Gillian was lovely to work with throughout the process. I will definitely return if I have any jewelry needs in the future!
I have been here twice now, once to replace a watch strap and again to replace my watch batteries. Both times, the service has been quick and impeccable. The people here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to have a great selection of jewelry as well.
