We used Charlies to cater a charity event and it was excellent. The food was delivered on time and set up. It was a great variety of plated and passed appetizers. Everything looked beautiful and tasted great. We got very positive feedback from many people about the food.
Clean, on time, amazing food and and quantity of food is always right. We have been catering for 1000 people the first time and the 2nd time for a smaller group of 50 and both times everything was amazing. "Mary Beth" was very nice and so helpful on deciding what to choose for the type of the event.
We recently used Charlie's as our wedding caterer and we cannot recommend them enough. From the beginning Charlie was so easy to communicate with and he made the whole process shockingly simple. He was quick to jump on calls and answer any questions we had (which was a lot). The day of, the food was EXACTLY what we wanted (a taco bar) and so good and the staff was incredible. All our guests loved it. The staff made us really feel taken care of on our night and they allowed us to sit back and enjoy.
We had Charlies Catering for our wedding on Aug 23, 2025. The food was amazing from the start when we got samples of what we wanted for our day. The food day of was AMAZING and the staff that served the food was nice, sweet, kind and helpful. We could not have asked for a better group. Thank you so much for all you did for us and our guest.
I had Charlies Catering chicken salad and baked ham for my daughter’s bridal shower. I had so many compliments on how good the chicken salad was and the baked ham was perfectly sliced and also very delicious! I am not a big fan of ham, but I would eat theirs anytime! I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s bridal shower a big success!
