We recently moved to the Charlotte area, so this was a fun way to see the city and learn more about the history. On the plus side, our guide Ricky was very informative and enthusiastic about his job. It was fun to ride around in a fancy golf cart. It was an easy tour for my elderly parents to enjoy - they make pick-up and drop-off easy. On the negative side, our guide was a very fast talker which made it challenging to understand at times. Because we had six people on the tour, my hubby and I had to sit in the back facing backwards and the guide could have been aware of this rather than saying "over here we have" when we couldn't see what direction he was pointing. Also, because there was a football game happening, we couldn't go by either sports stadium due to road closures. I wish they would tell you this when you book on game days. If I had known this, I probably would have picked a different date.

Ricky is so awesome!!! Booked a tour for our anniversary and weren't quite sure what to expect. Ricky knows his stuff and you can tell he absolutely enjoys his job! Highly recommend.

Went for a Charlotte Uptown tour yesterday. Wasn’t certain what to expect BUT what a great time. Tour guide was awesome, learned a lot about Charlotte and saw some beautiful old homes that are tucked away. I would not have known this residential area existed had we had not gone on the tour. Nor would I know that the Queen had 15 kids 2 of which were king. Cool tour, best way to learn more about the city.

Charlotte tour. Bestfriend birthday edition. How guide Hom was amazing so glad we decided to do this. The pick up location is in front of an amazing french bakery. Grab a drink and a small pastry and hop on.

We loved this tour! The lady that drove us was very passionate about the Queen. We went through the city center, saw the 4 corners, drove through the “rich” part of town where all the historic homes are located, the tour lasted about an hour and half. Our family really enjoyed it. Loved Charlotte!
